We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Centre Manager to lead and coordinate our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support services. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organization, and delivery of specialized SEND support programs within the centre
- Coordinate assessments and develop personalized learning plans in collaboration with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
- Supervise and support a team of SEND practitioners, ensuring high standards of care, teaching, and safeguarding practices
- Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting interventions to maximize positive outcomes
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes understanding, respect, and positive relationships among students and staff
- Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and intervention strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Promote professional development opportunities for staff related to SEND best practices and teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience working within SEND settings or supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with students, parents, staff, and external agencies
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices related to SEND provision
- Demonstrated ability to develop individualized support plans tailored to student needs
- Teaching qualification or relevant educational background is highly desirable

Pay: £32,020.00-£36,191.63 per year
