We're looking for a friendly, reliable café team member with previous café or barista experience to join our growing team.
At Feel Good Therapy Garden, we're passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service alongside great coffee and fresh food. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffees and other hot drinks
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving food
- Operating the till and processing payments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the café
- Restocking and monitoring stock levels
- Opening and/or closing the café when required
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
- Previous café or barista experience is preferred
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Flexible and willing to work weekdays and weekends
Hours (Full-Time)
- Approximately 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts will typically be Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, depending on the rota and business needs.
- This role is not suitable for someone currently in education
Part-Time

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
