Duties
- Mix paints according to colour specifications using specialised equipment, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist customers in selecting colours, finishes, and products through knowledgeable advice and up-selling techniques.
- Maintain organised stock levels of paints, tools, and promotional materials to ensure a well-presented sales area.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep the work environment clean
- General duties relevant to the work environment
- Occasional driving ( full clean uk driving license required)
- Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic maths skills for accurate colour mixing and measurements..
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical roles within the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
