Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Skin Therapist to provide exceptional skin treatments while delivering a first-class patient experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Working alongside our Medical team, you will create bespoke treatment plans, build lasting patient relationships, and help patients achieve healthy, confident skin.
Duties
- Perform advanced skin treatments to the highest professional standards, including Hydrafacial, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and homecare routines to maximise treatment results.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with outstanding customer care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and aesthetics team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Experience
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Proven experience performing advanced skin treatments, including Hydrafacial, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), and chemical peels.
- Ideally, experience working with and training in Obagi Medical and SkinCeuticals professional skincare products and chemical peel protocols.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently assess skin concerns and recommend personalised treatment plans.
- A strong understanding of skin conditions, treatment planning, and evidence-based skincare.
- A professional, warm, and confident manner with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and patient experience.
- Legal authorisation to work full-time in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice.
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining high standards of individual service delivery.
