We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team.
What we're looking for:
- Flexible availability to work across Monday to Sunday
- Shifts are 8:00am – 8:00pm
At Dignity In Life, we support adults aged 18–65 living with mental health conditions that impact their ability to live independently. Our aim is to provide person-centred support that empowers people to build confidence, develop independence and live fulfilling lives.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support residents with day-to-day living tasks
- Administer medication (following training and competency assessments)
- Encourage and support social activities and community involvement
- Promote independence, recovery and positive wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
Experience in care is preferred but not essential. We provide a comprehensive induction, full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
