As a Senior Workplace Consultant at Foster + Partners, you will help shape the future of workplaces across global projects, blending creative thinking with analytical insight to develop innovative, people-centred strategies. Working closely with clients, designers and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the development of briefs, space programs, workplace research and data-driven recommendations that transform how organisations use space.

Lead the development of workplace strategies, briefs, space programs and strategic reports.
- Translate research and data into meaningful, actionable workplace recommendations.
- Deliver space planning, test fits, floorplate analysis and spatial improvement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and engagement activities with clients and stakeholders.
- Guide research, benchmarking and the evolution of workplace consultancy tools and methods.

Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills with confidence in client engagement.
- A strategic, creative and analytical mindset with experience managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively within a structured environment.
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- BA (MA preferred) in Architecture, Interior Design or a related design field.
- 6–8 years’ experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate or interior design.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
