Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Investment Administrator to join our dynamic financial services team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing investment portfolios, supporting financial planning activities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analysis skills, proficient IT knowledge, and a background in administrative functions within the financial sector. The Senior Investment Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of investment processes, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team workload and productivity, reallocating resources where required to maintain efficiency.
- Communicate observed issues, risks, or process gaps to the Director and support remedial actions.
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure consistent office coverage and effective holiday planning.
- Support the marketing team with data and administrative requirements, including marketing and sponsorship activities when needed.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key communication link between the administrative team and the Director, raising any operational or staff issues.
- Work closely with the admin team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all administrative processes.
- Maintain high-quality client records and ensure adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of compliance frameworks, including relevant manuals, logs, and processes.
- Complete quarterly online training covering anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, fraud awareness, and treating customers fairly (TCF).
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and supporting process enhancement.

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,163.62 per year
