Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the process
- Communicating effectively with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and other relevant parties
- Organising and maintaining accurate case files using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and legal documents with precision and clarity
- Scheduling appointments, court dates, and follow-up meetings whilst prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding case progress and handling any enquiries professionally
- Assisting with the preparation of case documentation for hearings or settlement negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal procedures and confidentiality requirements
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data management, and correspondence organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Good IT skills with the capacity to adapt to new software or case management systems as required
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication and documentation purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a professional setting

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
