Autobits Motorstore has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven full time Parts Sales Advisor to become part of our growing team.
. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to work in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
About the Role
· As a Sales Advisor, you will build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
· Sell a wide range of motor components tailored to customer needs
· Handle customer queries over the phone and instore with professionalism
· Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing and keeping customers informed of their orders.
We are looking for someone who is:
· Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and confident in communication
· Previous motor trade sales experience would be an advantage
· Experienced in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
· Strong knowledge of motor components or the ability and willingness to learn
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
· Confident sales ability with strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Working Hours
· Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30
· Saturday 09.00-13.00 (on a rotational basis)
