Duties
- Lead generation through targeted outreach, social media management, and networking to identify top teaching talent and client opportunities
- Manage applicant tracking all platforms to streamline candidate sourcing and placement processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and school clients by providing exceptional service and ongoing support
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client needs and standards
- Coordinate interview schedules, job offers, and onboarding processes efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams on social media campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract diverse talent pools
Requirements
- 1 years proven experience in recruitment within the education sector.
- Some knowledge of the education sector compliance requirements
- In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance standards within the education sector
- Knowledge of education sector legislation, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of education sector compliance and regulatory obligations
- Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment marketing purposes
- Ability to build lasting relationships through effective relationship management skills
