We're an ambitious and rapidly growing healthcare holding company that owns specialist care providers supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health conditions.
Our vision is simple:
Unlock opportunities. Maximise independence. Improve lives.

- Specialist Learning Disability & Autism Services
We support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and behaviours that may challenge, creating environments where people are empowered to live meaningful, fulfilling and increasingly independent lives.
As our Group continues to expand, we're investing heavily in exceptional leadership, digital innovation, governance and operational excellence with one clear ambition:
To become one of the UK's leading specialist care providers.
New Harmony Care Group is at the heart of that journey.
The Opportunity
We're looking for more than a Registered Manager.
We're looking for a leader.
Someone who builds exceptional teams.
Someone who refuses to accept "good enough."
Someone who understands that compliance is the starting point - not the destination.
You'll have full operational responsibility for your service, leading from the front to create a culture where quality, accountability, compassion and continuous improvement become part of everyday practice.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, develop your team, drive occupancy, improve outcomes and create a service that families, commissioners and regulators recognise as outstanding.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As Registered Manager, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing care team.
- Maintain full CQC compliance while continuously striving for Outstanding.
- Create a positive, values-led culture where colleagues love coming to work.
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.
- Recruit, coach and develop future leaders.
- Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, professionals and families.
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Champion safeguarding, dignity, inclusion and positive risk-taking.
- Help shape the future growth of New Harmony Care Group.
Who We're Looking For
You'll already be an experienced Registered Manager or an exceptional Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
More importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely wants to build services that people are proud of.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience within Learning Disability, Autism and/or Mental Health services.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and Health & Social Care legislation.
- A proven track record of improving quality and leading successful teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
- Commercial awareness alongside genuine compassion.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- A passion for delivering Outstanding care - not simply maintaining compliance.
Why Join Us?
Because we're investing in people who want to build careers - not just jobs.
When you join New Harmony Care Group, you'll become part of a growing organisation where your ideas are valued, your development is supported and your achievements are recognised.
We offer:
- Competitive salary with performance-related bonus.
- Real career progression across the Nova Stars Group.
- Significant investment in leadership development.
- Ongoing professional training and mentoring.
- Supportive senior leadership team.
- Pension scheme
- Employee wellbeing support.
- Recognition and reward programmes.
- The opportunity to help shape one of the UK's fastest-growing specialist care groups.
The Kind of Leader We're Looking For
You believe people deserve better.
You care about quality when nobody is watching.
You develop people, not just manage them.
You lead with integrity.
You embrace accountability.
You create cultures where colleagues thrive and the people we support achieve more than they ever thought possible.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
Ready to Build Something Different?
At New Harmony Care Group, we're not aiming to be average.
We're building services that families trust.
Services that commissioners recommend.
Services that colleagues are proud to work in.
And services that the people we support can truly call home.
