We are looking for an experienced and skilled social work practitioner with a strong understanding of court-related practice, court processes and permanency planning, who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families.
Working alongside social work practitioners, managers and Legal Services, you will provide support, challenge and practice leadership to strengthen court-related practice across Private and Public Law proceedings. Through quality assurance, mentoring and workforce development, you will help practitioners develop their skills and confidence while promoting and modelling high-quality, evidence-based social work practice.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location: County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
