We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor with personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead our bar operation and deliver exceptional service from first drink to last orders.
Leading by example behind the bar and on the floor
Mixing, pouring and serving with confidence and flair
Supporting and motivating the bar team during busy services
- Creating memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back
Helping drive sales, standards and team performance
✅ Maintaining stock control, cleanliness and licensing compliance
You don’t need to know every cocktail ever invented.
We do want someone who:
✔ Loves hospitality and enjoys engaging with guests
✔ Has previous bar experience and some supervisory experience
✔ Brings positive energy and a can-do attitude
✔ Stays calm when the bar is three deep and the orders keep coming
✔ Takes pride in delivering great service
✔ Wants to be part of an ambitious and growing team
