About Us
We're an ambitious, family-run restaurant and pub in the Bridgend area, taking over the tenancy from 1st September and are growing the team. Our focus is great food, great atmosphere, and brilliant, fresh pub-style cooking done properly.
We're looking for Kitchen Porters to join us, no experience needed, just a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a calm head when things get busy.
Your Bread & Butter
- Up to £12.71 per hour (National Living Wage)
- Flexible shifts - evenings and weekends required as part of the role. Want more or fewer hours, we work with you.

The Role
As Kitchen Porter, you'll be at the heart of keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting the chefs, keeping things clean, organised, and ready to go during service.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing up and keeping the potwash area running throughout service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised
- Supporting chefs with basic prep and kitchen tasks
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures throughout

Preferred
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification (or equivalent)
