Your Role
No two days will ever be the same.
You'll work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide personalised support for pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small learning groups.
- Helping pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day.
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions to boost confidence and learning.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Building trusting relationships with young people who require additional support.
- Assisting teachers with preparing engaging learning activities.
- Celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.

Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, care work, youth work or volunteering would be an advantage, but full support and guidance will be provided.
