Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Administrator;
- Support the Sales Director on occasions;
- Daily interaction with Sales Reps;
- Quote/order generation;
- Dealing with enquires from Sales Reps;
- Holiday Cover for the Sales Administrator;
- Updating Excel Spreadsheets and databases;
- Liaising with Hire Desk;
- Carrying out weekly reports;
- Other Ad –hoc duties;
- Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Generator Power Group of Companies;
- Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect;
Key Skills / Experience:

Experience & Skills:
- Confident with IT and computer packages;
- Competent on Microsoft Excel;
- Proven Sales Administration experience
- Administration experience;
- Excellent organisation skills;
- Brilliant communication skills;
- Good multitasking and organisational ability;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong written communications.

- Work well on own initiative and as part of a team;
- Ability to ensure the work gets done in a timely and effective manner;
