We are looking for a reliable and proactive Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy household during weekday school hours. This is a varied, hands-on role and would suit someone seeking part-time work that fits around school schedules—ideal for a parent or similar.
Key Responsibilities
- General household cleaning and organisation
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
- Light meal preparation and kitchen upkeep
- Food shopping and maintaining household supplies
- Window cleaning and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Basic gardening and outdoor tidying
- Running occasional errands (e.g. dry cleaning, post office, groceries)
- Keeping the home organised, tidy, and welcoming
Essential Requirements
- Trustworthy, reliable, and highly organised
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Previous experience in housekeeping, home management, or similar preferred
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean home
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred (for shopping and errands)
