We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Sessional Youth Worker to support the delivery.
of engaging and inclusive youth club sessions for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in planning and delivering youth club activities and programmes.
● Build positive relationships with young people and encourage their participation.
● Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
● Support young people's personal, social, and emotional development.
● Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies at all times.
● Work as part of a team to ensure sessions run smoothly and effectively.
● Contribute to session records, monitoring, and evaluation where required.
Requirements:
● Experience working with young people in a youth work, education, sports, or community
setting.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds.
● Understanding of safeguarding principles and good practice.
● Flexible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
