Job Summary
We are looking for a Bank Cook to join our residential home team. You will be responsible for preparing nutritious and balanced menu's which are agreed with each individual resident, adhering to individual preferences and dietary needs.
Duties
- To have a full understanding of H.A.C.C.P and ensure all staff adhere to H.A.C.C.P
- Follow the 'Safer Food Better Business' Food Safety Management System
- Complete kitchen audits, cleaning schedules and daily records necessary.
- Monitor food stock levels and weekly ordering of stock
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards in food provision areas are met at all times
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Cook in a similar environment
- Vocational qualification/city and guilds/Food Hygiene L2 & L3
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Dedicated to making a difference and work well in a team
