About Us:
Due to internal promotions and our plans to open another dynamic fitness facility dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Membership Advisor to join our team and drive our business growth.
Job Description:
We're looking for a talented Membership Advisor to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new prospects
- Convert leads into memberships through effective sales techniques
- Create and execute retention programs to maximize member loyalty
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Work collaboratively with the team to align marketing efforts with gym offerings
- Organise and participate in local events to increase brand awareness
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Work Schedule:
This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule, including some weekend work. Flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business.
