Self-Employed Parcel Delivery Driver
Location: Halesowen, Dudley, Stourbridge & surrounding areas
Pay: Expected earnings equivalent to approximately £14.50 per hour, based on route completion and performance.

About the Opportunity
We are expanding our local delivery operation in partnership with one of the UK's leading parcel delivery networks and are looking for reliable, hardworking and customer-focused drivers to join our growing team.
Unlike temporary cover work, successful applicants will be allocated a regular delivery route, allowing you to become familiar with your area, improve your delivery speed and maximise your earnings over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent self-employed work with long-term stability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collect your parcels each morning from the local depot.
- Organise and load your vehicle.
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently on your allocated route.
- Use a smartphone app to manage deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Return any undelivered parcels to the depot.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and walking.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
No previous courier experience is essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Vehicle
Drivers with their own small van are preferred.
For the right candidates who demonstrate commitment and reliability, assistance with obtaining a suitable delivery van may be available.
