Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support food preparation and presentation when needed, including basic bartending or barista duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times to uphold hygiene and quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions, contributing to smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques.
- Experience with restaurant operations, including bartending or barista work, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the front-of-house team.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
