Working within the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Industry, The Quality & Compliance Manager has a key position within the Management Team for maintaining and developing the Integrated Management System, comprising AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001 and Health & Safety. In addition to this the job holder is responsible for developing improvements across the business leading to the reduction of waste, improving efficiency, profitability, health & safety and customer satisfaction.
The Quality & Compliance Manager will have direct responsibility for ensuring that the required quality standards are met and adhered throughout the business. The Quality Assurance Manager will play a significant role in promoting the key business objective of a “total quality culture”.
Main responsibilities include:
- To host external customer, regulatory and certification audits
- To maintain the Company’s AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001 and customer certifications/approvals
- Maintain the internal & external audit programme.
- Develop customer or product specific Quality Plans
- Contract reviews to ensure quality requirements are identified and met.
- Ensure correct documentation is provided including FAIs etc
- Liaise with Customers dealing with but not limited to non-conformance related documentation.
Working 39hrs across a 4 day week.

Pay: £45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
