Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year + lucrative commission package
Contract: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in recruitment sales, a drive for success, and the ability to forge lasting client relationships, this is the role for you!
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base. You will be responsible for cold-calling potential clients, booking meetings, and demonstrating the value of our services. This role offers fantastic earning potential with a competitive salary and generous commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new prospective clients, showcasing our recruitment services
- Manage and exceed client expectations while maintaining strong relationships
- Cold-calling to generate new business and build a pipeline
- Account management and improving recruitment efficiency
- Attend client meetings to discuss and present our services
- Meet and exceed set sales targets
- Work collaboratively within a motivated team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment sales (essential)
- Strong ability to identify and target new business opportunities
- Confidence in making cold calls using the phone
- Confidence in arranging and holding meetings with both potential and current clients
- Must have a full UK driving license and be comfortable attending weekly client meetings
- A hunger for success, commission, and professional growth
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet and exceed targets
