What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential SME clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales teams
Customer Engagement
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers to understand their shipping needs and challenges
- Clearly communicate the value of the company’s solutions
- Build rapport and create strong first impressions with prospective clients
Training & Development
- Take part in a structured 12-month development programme covering sales fundamentals, prospecting techniques, negotiation, and market positioning
- Learn through a mix of classroom training, shadowing, and hands-on coaching
Collaboration & Progression
- Work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into long-term clients
- Develop into a full sales cycle role, with clear progression into Account Management or closing positions
