Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products and kits accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and kits according to technical specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks with precision
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times during operations
- Assist in the packing and preparation of finished goods for shipment as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly, ideally within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
