Overview
We are seeking a Coordinator to support one of our fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project teams in a wide range of administrative and support functions . This role ensures the Project Management team delivers tasks accurately and on schedule, whilst exceeding our clients expectations. You will work closely with your team manager and project managers to help maintain effective communications, task management, prioritisation and workflows on a day-today-basis.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute towards the effective delivery of our time-critical projects while developing their career within a supportive environment that values innovative and energetic teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- To attend daily team meetings and ensure that all actions are logged and distributed across the team.
- To monitor the effective time management of task deadlines across your team.
- Maintain consistent delivery against deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Monitor project progress and task completion daily.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with your teams clients.
- Experience coordinating a Project Management or Client Services team.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator able to influence and motivate.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and decisive under pressure.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
