Intacept Security is looking for reliable, professional and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team.
As an SIA Approved Contractor, we provide professional security services across a range of commercial and corporate sites.
Shift Pattern
- 06:00–18:00
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 12-hour shifts
- Consistent, rotating shift pattern
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Monitor and control access to the site
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols
- Monitor CCTV and security systems where required
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and security threats
- Follow site-specific and emergency procedures
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Liaise professionally with clients, visitors and site personnel
- Maintain high standards of security, presentation and customer service
Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Guard Licence
- Reliable, professional and well presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written English and report-writing ability
- Able to work independently and use sound judgement
- Previous security experience is desirable
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
Vetting Requirements
Due to the nature of the site, successful applicants must be able to successfully complete both:
- BS 7858 Security Screening, including a fully checkable 5-year employment/residential history
- Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 3
