Clinic Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and highly organised clinic assistant to join our busy and prestigious aesthetic clinics in Central London.
This is a patient-facing role for an individual with excellent customer-service skills and a genuine passion for patient care and aesthetic medicine.
Main responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during non-surgical cosmetic and laser treatments.
- Greeting patients, ensuring an exceptional, professional and discreet clinic experience.
- Act as a chaperone and provide reassurance throughout the patient’s visit.
- Assist patients during and after treatment, following the doctor’s instructions and clinic protocols.
- Support reception duties, including appointment management, patient records and general administration.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and maintaining adequate supplies of clinical consumables and products.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, infection control and patient confidentiality.
- Help manage patient flow and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required to support the doctor and wider clinic team.
Essential requirements
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a customer-care, clinic-assistant or comparable patient-facing role.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic, medical, dental, dermatology or other clinical environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, calm and professional manner.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting both patients and colleagues.
- A strong team ethic, alongside the confidence to work independently when required.
