We're looking for an outstanding Endodontist to join our growing specialist team, providing advanced endodontic care across our four modern Northern practices.

About the Role
As our dedicated Endodontist, you'll provide specialist endodontic treatment to patients referred internally and externally, delivering outstanding clinical outcomes while ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.
You'll enjoy clinical autonomy while working within a collaborative environment focused on quality, innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose diseases and conditions affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
- Carry out complex root canal treatments to the highest clinical standards.
- Perform endodontic surgical procedures, including apicectomy and retreatment cases where appropriate.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs.
- Explain procedures, risks and treatment options clearly, helping patients feel informed and reassured.
- Deliver exceptional post-treatment care and follow-up.
- Work closely with general dentists, restorative clinicians and other specialists to provide seamless multidisciplinary care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure full compliance with GDC and CQC standards.
- Utilise advanced technologies including digital radiography, CBCT imaging and operating microscopes where appropriate.
- Continuously contribute to maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
What We're Looking For
- GDC registered Dentist with recognised specialist training in Endodontics.
- On, or eligible for, the GDC Specialist List in Endodontics.
- Proven experience providing advanced endodontic treatments.
- Outstanding diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary dentistry.
- Commitment to continual professional development and evidence-based practice.
