Duties

- Assess trainee progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all training complies with current safety standards and industry regulations
- Maintain organised records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment outcomes
- Collaborate with other technical teams to update training content in line with technological advancements
- Facilitate effective communication between trainees and management to address learning needs and concerns
- Support trainees in developing practical skills through hands-on demonstrations and supervision
Skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the electrical or related technical fields
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions efficiently
- Good IT skills for creating digital training resources and maintaining records
- Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate learners and foster a positive learning environment
