HR Manager required to fulfil complete HR function within the company, bringing an exceptional standard of organisation and efficiency to the day to day operations of HR.
- Ensuring smooth running of the HR function
- Monitoring payroll, time and attendance
- Issuing staff contracts
- Staff induction and training
- Compliance with current legislation across all policies and procedures must be met
- Manage and maintain payroll administration in preparation for weekly and monthly payrolls
- Administering holiday booking system
- Ensuring up to date and accurate employee records are maintained on BrightHR, our in house system and in hard copy files
- First point of contact for HR advice
- Managing any HR related topics

CIPD qualified would be desirable
ISO or Accounts Knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Salary - Starting from £36k, negotiable salary subject to experience and qualifications.
