As Subscriptions Sales Executive, you will be working across William Reed’s portfolio of brands including The Grocer and Retail Week to generate and upsell paid subscription sales.
Your impact will help grow subscriptions and strengthen customer relationships. You will contribute to excellent customer service and satisfaction through customer engagement.
This is a 3-month fixed term contract.

Generating new sales with individual subscribers through telesales activities.
- Actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Working closely with the subscriptions team to support subscription growth through targeting activities.
- Maintaining CRM systems, using them to identify new leads and supporting accurate customer processes.

Previous B2B Telesales Experience.
- Previous experience using CRMs to generate leads and maintain accurate customer information.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to convert sales and liaise with the subscriptions team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
