Responsibilities

- Manage merchandising displays to optimize product presentation and inventory levels
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Support sales management initiatives by analyzing sales data and implementing improvement strategies
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and administrative procedures
- Collaborate with management on inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated success in sales management and team development
- Experience in merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Background in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and record keeping
- Previous experience working with diverse customer bases and managing multilingual communication is preferred
