Hello! I am a 96-year-old lady living in Kirkcudbright. I used to be a librarian at Stirling University I enjoyed reading books, but my eyesight has declined unfortunately. I enjoy listening to music and watching television, and I like having friendly company. I am looking for a kind and dependable Personal Assistant to support me to remain living independently in my own home.
Job Role
- Personal care, including assistance with showers
- Supporting my wellbeing and helping me feel safe and comfortable at home
- Prompting and administering medication
- I am looking for someone who can become a trusted and reliable part of my support team.
About You
- Caring, compassionate and respectful
- Friendly, patient and easy to talk to
- Experienced in care is desirable, although life experience and the right values are just as important
Hours and Pay
- £20.00 per hour (Self-Employed)
- There may be opportunities for additional hours as my support needs change
