We’re expanding our Field Sales Team and looking for confident, motivated and personable Field Representatives to join us.
In this role, you’ll speak with tenants in local communities, help them understand their housing rights, identify potential housing disrepair issues and explain the next steps available to them.
Many tenants live with problems such as damp, mould, leaks or unresolved repairs for months or even years. Your role is to help these tenants understand their options and take the first step towards getting the support they need.
This is a self-employed, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, giving you the flexibility to manage your own time while being rewarded for your results.
OTE £1,000 a week

If you’ve worked in door‑to‑door, field sales, charity fundraising, utilities, telecoms or direct sales then this opportunity could be for you. However, experience isn’t essential if you’ve got the right attitude.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Engaging residents in local communities to raise awareness of housing disrepair rights
- Explaining the claims process clearly, confidently and compassionately
- Carrying out in‑home assessments with prospective clients
- Building rapport and long-term trust with tenants
- Completing onboarding documentation accurately and professionally
- Supporting clients step‑by‑step as they begin their claim
