Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently while maintaining dignity and choice. You will working in the PO1 - PO5 areas
Your duties may include:
- Personal care and wellbeing support
- Companionship and social interaction
- Dementia care
- Domestic support and household tasks
- Shopping and errands
- Palliative and end-of-life care
- Promoting independence and quality of life
Every visit makes a difference, and no two days are the same.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are organised and able to work independently
- Are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Are available to work weekends
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the community-based nature of the role, although cycling positions may be available in some areas.
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential – we value the right attitude and provide full training.
