Hourly Rate: £12.50 – £15.00 per hour (+ £55 per sleep-in)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand-new children’s home opening in Oxford!
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our existing team and help create a nurturing, stable, and positive environment for children and young people to thrive.

The Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will:
Help the children and young people with their daily routines, education, and support their emotional wellbeing
Encourage independence, life skills, and positive choices
Build trusting, therapeutic relationships that promote stability and growth
Contribute to care planning, record-keeping, and safeguarding practices
Work as part of a consistent team to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete this
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Passion, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping children achieve positive outcomes
