Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities
- Supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring efficient service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimise guest experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in training new team members in service procedures, food safety protocols, and customer engagement
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and fostering a positive team environment
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising or managing within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management and staff development
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and guests

Pay: From £33,000.00 per year
