We are looking for Self Employed Live In Care Professionals who are committed to enabling our clients to live the best life they can possibly live, with the dignity and care that everyone deserves.
As a Live-in Care Professional you’ll be responsible for:
Personal Care
Helping our clients wash, dress and go to the bathroom, being there to help them get in and out of bed, and supporting them with mobility including the correct use of equipment. You may be supporting clients through their end-of-life journey
Medication Support
Meal Support
Household support
Companionship
As a Live in Care professional it’s important that you can:
Comply with our policies and procedures
Complete comprehensive and accurate records (eMAR or Visit Logs)
Agree and work within your agreed availability
Report any significant changes to health or circumstance or any risks, welfare or safeguarding concerns with clients
Attend mandatory training, one-to-one supervisions and meetings where required
Understand the role of the CQC and the guidance it sets out
Promote good practices and report poor practices or concerns
Essential qualifications & experience:
2+ Years experience of Live-In care
Confident use of online care management system
The right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS
Care Certificate
