Job Description
Jacqulin Digital Ventures Ltd is seeking a proactive Digital Program Supervisor to coordinate the successful execution of digital initiatives across multiple business functions. This role combines project oversight, team leadership, and operational coordination to ensure digital programmes are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to maintain momentum across a diverse portfolio of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of digital programmes, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate activities between technical teams, business units, and external partners to maintain project alignment.
- Track programme performance, budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation while addressing delivery risks.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
- Recommend process enhancements that improve programme efficiency, collaboration, and overall delivery quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in programme coordination, digital project management, or business transformation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.

Pay: £3,300.00-£5,800.00 per month
