Job Title: Installation Air Conditioning Engineer (HVAC)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Installation Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Clients growing HVAC team based in Essex. This role is strictly focused on installations, and we are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in installing air conditioning systems. This is not a maintenance or service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of a wide range of air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
- Carrying out full system installations from first fix through to final commissioning
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations
- Working on commercial and domestic projects across Essex and surrounding areas
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and other trades on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installation Air Conditioning Engineer (essential)
- Strong background in HVAC system installations – candidates without installation experience will not be considered
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Relevant HVAC qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Desirable Skills
- Experience with VRV/VRF systems
- CSCS card
- IPAF or PASMA certification
