Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Control Specialist focused on the Enamelling process. Duties
- Monitor and control the enamelling process to ensure adherence to specified parameters and quality standards
- Conduct regular analysis of process data to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly
- Maintain detailed records of process conditions, adjustments, and outcomes for traceability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to verify that finished products meet all specifications and compliance requirements
- Implement HACCP principles to ensure food safety standards are integrated into the enamelling process where applicable
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
- Support process optimization initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiencies and recommending enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience in process control within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in enamelling or related coatings processes
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends or anomalies
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards, including HACCP where relevant
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting procedures clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Relevant technical certifications or training in process control, manufacturing, or quality management are a plus
