Your role as an Early Years Educator (Level 3)
You'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support each child's individual learning and development through engaging activities and play
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a caring and inclusive environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, welfare, and child development
What we're looking for - Early Years Educator (Level 3)
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children
