Your Responsibilities
As an Event Services Assistant, you'll:
- Support the planning, setup, and delivery of live events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with event logistics, venue preparation, and equipment organisation.
- Welcome guests and attendees, providing a professional and friendly customer experience.
- Help coordinate event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly throughout the day.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotional campaigns to customers.
- Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and event coordinators to ensure successful event delivery.
- Maintain event materials, displays, and operational equipment to a high standard.
- Assist with resolving customer enquiries and supporting on-site event operations.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes
