Bar Staff – Kenfig Hill Social Club
Location: Kenfig Hill
Part-time.
Hours: Minimum of 7.5 hours per week with many extra shifts available including events, busy periods, and other nights covering other staff holiday's and sickness. Specific days can be discussed to work around other work.
Kenfig Hill Social Club is a friendly and lively members' club, and we’re looking for someone with great customer service skills to join our bar staff team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks and chatting with members
- Keeping the bar area clean and tidy
- Restocking fridges and changing barrels
- Collecting and washing glasses
- Handling cash and basic opening/closing duties
- Checking IDs when needed

- Friendly and reliable team players
- Someone flexible to cover extra shifts when needed
Bar experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Important Information:
The role may require some flexibility with working hours initially, as we manage shifts during a team transition.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Comfortable working late evenings
