Spa Therapist (Level 3 Qualified)
Ruthin Castle is a beautiful retreat steeped in history and nestled in acres of parkland beside the Clwydian Range in North Wales. The Castle offers four room styles across 54 bedrooms, 4 restaurant and bar dining options along with event suites, which hosts a large number of weddings. We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to work a variety of shifts over the weekends in our beautiful spa with multiple treatment rooms, Relaxation room, Woodland hot tubs, Steam room, Sauna, Mudroom, and a café.
As a Spa Therapist, your main duties would be to:
- Extend a warm welcome to each guest with a friendly smile
- Provide the highest level of hospitality and deliver exceptional treatments to all hotel and spa guests.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Demonstrate flexibility in your work schedule, please be aware this position is for mainly weekend shifts.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various treatments, products, and facilities offered.
- Actively promote additional treatments, products, and facilities to guests throughout the hotel and spa.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned and directed by the Spa Manager.
