About Us
We are an independent, friendly, expanding small animal mobile practice bringing low-stress, compassionate veterinary care straight to pets in their homes across Leeds, Harrogate, and the surrounding area. We do things differently: no rushed appointments, no chaotic waiting rooms, and no high-volume pressure.
We are looking for an experienced, autonomous Veterinary Surgeon to join us on a part-time basis.

· Support on the Road: When required, you will be accompanied by an experienced Veterinary Care Assistant or Nurse, who drives the practice vehicle, assists with patient restraint, and keeps equipment stocked and pristine.
· Zero Admin Headaches: A dedicated Practice Coordinator handles incoming calls, scheduling and route mapping, leaving you free to focus purely on clinical care.
· Unhurried Consultations: Enjoy 20-60 minute consults. You actually have time to examine patients thoroughly, build true client relationships, and work up cases properly.
What the Role Involves
· Providing high-quality consultations, health checks, medical workups, diagnostic sampling, and gentle end-of-life care in owners' homes.
· Building warm, long-term relationships with local clients who deeply value your care for their pets.
· Working autonomously with supportive clinical independence.
About You
· RCVS Registered: A Veterinary Surgeon with solid post-qualification UK small animal experience (ideally 3+ years).
· Clinically Autonomous: Confident with sole-charge decision making and comfortable working outside of a standard building setup.
· Empathetic Communicator: Warm, personable, and passionate about calm patient handling and outstanding client care.
· Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
What We Offer
· Competitive Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 FTE pro-rata (depending on experience).
