Platform & Integrations Lead | Bradford | Build Something Different
Kalstone Legal is launching in Q4 2026 – a new kind of commercial debt recovery firm combining cutting-edge legal tech with an entrepreneurial, high performing team.
We’re looking for a Platform & Integrations Lead who can provide technical expertise across all our platforms — someone who wants to take ownership, help to shape platforms and processes, and be part of a firm built for growth from day one.
The Role
- Support, maintain, and monitor the organisation’s IT systems, infrastructure, and business applications, troubleshooting technical and end-user issues and resolving incidents to ensure reliability and minimise disruption.
- Implement and optimise APIs and system integrations and liaise with external suppliers to enable secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange between internal and third-party platforms.
- Manage data flows, integrations, and system interfaces to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient exchange of information across platforms.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying, investigating, and resolving data quality issues, system inconsistencies, and process gaps.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, automation, and data management, recommending solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a debt recovery and/or litigation business, with demonstrable exposure to litigation process
- Experience supporting and maintaining business systems, applications, and technical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong SQL/Coding skills
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
