About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Bricket Wood. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact between our field engineers, testing laboratories, suppliers, and clients—ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly from booking to final reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Lab Coordination: Act as the main liaison between external laboratories, suppliers, and clients to schedule and confirm site visits.
- Work Scheduling & Job Setup: Load jobsheets into the system for field engineers and schedule upcoming works efficiently.
- Quality & Reporting: Review technical reports, check for accuracy, maintain client portals/reporting systems, and generate key operational updates (e.g., outstanding work reports).
- Procurement: Raise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and manage ongoing supplier communications.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational support, or scheduling role.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail when checking reports and updating portals.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising comfortably with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using databases, portal systems, and administrative software.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work well both independently at home and alongside the team in the Bricket Wood office.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
